“Narnian Frodo” – Frodo, everyone knows from Tolkien’s epic tale The Lord of the Rings  or his uncle Bilbo, from The Hobbit.  “Narnia?” – if you’ve read or seen any of The Chronicles of Narnia, then you are familiar with this mythical land. If not, just consider that it something akin to Tolkien’s Middle Earth, created by Tolkien’s friend, fellow Oxford Professor, and member of the Oxford University literary group (“The Inklings”) – C.S. Lewis.  Together, they recast the Christian story in mythological worlds where, as Lewis put it, we can see it more clearly here after having tasted it there.  Tolkien and Lewis, both highly educated and conversant with stories, myths and philosophies from the dawn of time, are able guides on our journey through, then beyond, space and time …
